On a vacation trip to Corpus Christi our vehicle broke down. Benji helped us through this very unexpected ordeal. He diligently pursued our extended warranty company and helped diagnose the problem and got our vehicle repaired. He even arranged for a ride from our hotel to their shop. He went above and beyond the call of duty and we are grateful!

Benji (service advisor) and J Uvalle Rodriguez (the mechanic) were great and my car is running much smoother now! I definitely recommend TC Auto to anyone! I took my car in to have them diagnose a check engine light, ABS light, and some performance issues. Benji explained in detail everything they would do, and he also kept in good contact with me through the whole process. They even gave me a complementary ride back to my hotel! Picking up my car was easy and they gave me a copy of all the codes that were pulled, the work they did, and recommendations. Also sent a text with a link that had the whole breakdown (with pictures) of the detailed work they did looking over my entire car. All in all I was impressed with TC Auto!
