I was in need of a state inspection and I had originally went to another location where the customer service was terrible and they said it would take 2 hours to be seen. My dad recommended TC Auto and I am SO happy I went there! I walked in and was greeted warmly and they took my car immediately and were done in 15 minutes. Today, I received a follow up text message thanking me for my business. On top of that, TC Auto has Deaf employees who are experienced mechanics. Not only are they an equal opportunity employer, but they have knowledgeable employees, and have AMAZING customer service. I will definitely be returning!

I am so grateful for Art. He really called my nerves down after I had been to another auto place and they wanted to charge $1400 instead of the $200 I was charged here. I was treated with respect and my concerns were addressed. I won't go anywhere else from now on, I found my mechanic place.

Stopped by TC Auto Service to get my car inspected yesterday. The service was fast and employees were nice and friendly. The waiting area was warm, inviting and smelled wonderful. Thank you TC Auto for a speedy and enjoyable visit.
