We have had an oil change done here on our vehicle twice and each time we have dealt with Louise. Louise is always very professional and polite and up front about any expected delays or issues.

First time using TC Auto Service and I will definitely be back! The staff were all friendly and very helpful, we were made to feel like family even though we were just there a short time. Some businesses seem annoyed by small children being around, but the staff seemed to actually enjoy my young son being there in the waiting area. We are new to the area and we have 100% found our auto service shop while we are here and would also highly recommend them!
