Came in for a weird sound in my car and had a worker deal with it personally. Told the price upfront with no funny business. Walked in and gave me his name and went through the inspection and when the call went through to me it was the same guy. No hassle and the process was easy. You knew who was working on your car and anytime before or after the operators always referred you directly to the one on the job. Genuine and honest service these guys do.

Our AC was not cooling properly so we called to see what was involved, told them it is our only vehicle & my husband is a 100% Disabled Veteran. We spoke to Luis, he seemed familiar with AC issues & suggested we bring the car by in the afternoon to see if he could fit us in. After a few hours they let us know that the full diagnostic will take a bit longer to see if/where there might be a leak. They took us to the Rental car location, next day they could not find the leak & needed more time to run the dye through by having us drive the car a few days & see. Even though we were not able to file a claim with our warranty company since no full diagnosis, Luis gave us some discounts off the initial service. We are going to do as they suggested & come back next week. So far, everything we have encountered with TC Auto Service has professional, conscientious, above board & honest.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced at a mechanics shop. They go out of their way to take care of their customers. I have never trusted any mechanics shop, but I would let my grandma go to these guys by herself and trust that they would take care of her. Outstanding.

Great team but was very overwhelming with what the remodeling that they were doing while you waited but Benji very kindly asked if he could have someone take myself and my grandson home and then he would have someone go pick me up when they were done and he followed up on his promise. But one thing I must say is that they keep that waiting area incredibly hot and really should have a cold water bottle machines to make things comfortable to wait. Thank you, Benji! My first time there and would definitely return.
