Good service and very fair price. I normally pay about $65 for synthetic because my van takes 6 quarts and ended paying $46. I had scheduled an appointment and they took care of me on time. I was paid and gone in 45mins. I highly recommend TC Auto Service for quality work at a fair price.

Went in for vehicle inspection. The service was excellent, prompt and courteous. Great waiting area.

We've used TC Auto Service since approximately 2005. We have never had anything other than excellent service. They always stand by their work and go out of their way to make sure you're not without a car for an extended period of time. The negative reviews I am seeing absolutely shock me. I truly can't believe that they didn't take care of you. The previous review was written 3 years ago. We last used TC Auto Service less than a year ago to do an oil change & check the air conditioner/filter. They told us that the service would be quick. We dropped the car off & parked it in their lot overnight as we always had done. They had the car all day. They didn't get to us for over 24 hours. We checked this morning to see if they could do an oil change in a timely fashion. The response was "bring it in" - so I went in. I asked again if they could get to it quickly since I had to wait and was reassured that it would be fast. After waiting almost 40 minutes, the very polite young man who had helped me came over to tell me that it would be at least 1 - 1.5 hours more before they could get to me since there were 2 cars ahead of me. I explained that I could not be delayed another hour or two. I left. We had been going other places for the intervening time due to how disappointing the service was the last time we actually used them. Because they were absolutely our "go to" place for well over a decade, we thought we should give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Nope, nope, nope. The only reason I am giving them any star is that the young man who "helped me" was polite.
