10/10 I was having the worst day and my headlight was out, had to be at work in the next hour, I called EVERY shop and these people not only did it in 30 minutes but had the best prices, they were so sweet they felt like family! I would 100% go back

Went in for a state inspection. Came in at 8:00 am during opening and left around 8:35am. Not too long of a turn around especially since they were very busy. I was pleased

On a family emergency in Corpus Christi, I came in need of auto service. After calling several places, I looked at the AAA site. TC Auto Service was highly recommend. I called and spoke with Art. He was up front on pricing and everything. Best of all, he said come now and they will get to work on my van. Absolutely unheard of customer service and speed, these guys are the model all others should learn from. Not only that but drove me back to my hotel and picked me up when my van was finished. I was the first person to check in. They asked if I was leaving it? I said yes, 11 hours later, yes 11 hours. Was not notified how long the repairs would take, all they did was changed spark plugs and 1 coil. I asked them to check the transmission and they said they woulda free 11 hours they failed to check it. I was told I was “lucky” to get my car back the same day. I wished I would have been more informed of the money I would have to spend. I didn’t ask and they did not volunteer the info. Seems like they robbed me of 1000.00. I’m pretty sure I won’t be going back to this shop. I FOUND THEM TO BE VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY!
