It’s a Monday morning took my truck in to get serviced for a tic witch to me seems like lifters or rockers anyways I initially agreed and payed 8600 cash for the services required but have called back and respectfully have asked for a refund and to not continue any work on my vehicle even though they haven’t don’t any other work than a diagnosis. They said they would be able to start on it Wednesday but I have changed my mind and hoping to get my refund aside from the diagnosis cost of course and will hopefully have them just do my oil change and tire alignment. I was told that I may need a complete engine replacement so I asked if I would be refunded if they couldn’t fix the issue and was told we would cross that bridge when we get there. I’m not okay with the uncertainty as it is 8600 dollars so I respectfully told them to not work on my truck and I’d be by to pick up my refund minus the work work done. I hope all goes well the people were very friendly and quick to help and pretty professional. As far as my request to cancel was do just to the answer given to me with uncertainty and “we will cross that bridge when we get there” all else was good hope that everything goes well with my refund tomorrow. Will keep updated. Thank you ☺️

Great place and very professional!

Brought my car in to get checked they were very thorough and very nice and sweet and they were honest and not overcharging you for something that you did not need thank you so much Mr Noe

I had my Honda towed to the shop for electrical issue. It was repaired in one day at a reasonable price. They also fixed the pesky lock on my door on their own free of charge
