They gave me the top quality blinker fluid and had my car fixed within the day. Just kidding on the blinker fluid, but I am a woman and often brace myself for some man-splaning and sales tactics to have something done that is not necessary. Marcus and team took great care of me. They did an inspection on my car. The check engine light was on in my Cadillac. A friend had run a test on the car before, but was not able to get the parts so I knew what was wrong before going in. I have had issues with this car right after the warranty expired and was hesitant about finding a mechanic. They were not pushy sales people (which is a huge “red flag” for me). They used updated car fax and let me know what I need to schedule in the future. My daughter is looking to purchase a used car and they let us know that they can to do an inspection for a fee to make sure we are not purchasing a car with issues.
